Moorcroft designer Nicola Slaney reflects on the famous Victor Horta staircase. Nicola’s abstract flowers are painted in hues of pink, lilac , and wine, with ramrod straight tubelined stems. The geometrical elements of Horta’s staircase are reflected in the horizontal bands around the vase and a turquoise panel pays homage to the pale blue flowers of the building.
